Overcoming first day back blues

If, like me, today is your first day back after the Christmas break motivation may be an issue. After a week or so of catching up with friends and family, getting out of your usual sleep routine, and generally just being reasonably lazy around the house, coming back to work can be a task and a half.

If you need this as much as I do here are a few ways to motivate yourself that I have found online… The Positivity Blog suggest 25 Simple ways to Motivate Yourself but if that’s still too much for you this early Leo Babauta at zenhabits has supposedly found The Only Two Secrets to Motivating Yourself You’ll Ever Need.

As yet I cannot vouch for their efficacy.
